Stay at Mt Cheeseman

• Family bookings from members receive 10% saving at Snowline Lodge. Conditions apply. IMPORTANT NOTE: For health and safety reasons, children must be 3 years and older to stay at Snowline Lodge during the winter season.
• Due to the significant mountain hazards, changing weather and environment, you must arrive on the mountain at Snowline Lodge by 6.30pm to secure your check in and stay for the evening or else call the mountain on 03 318 8794 with an estimated arrival time and to get an update on road conditions. The road closes at 9pm for safety.

Group Accommodation

• A 10% discount is available for groups of more than 20.
• Snowline Lodge can be booked exclusively for groups of 25 – 65 and weddings between October and April. For exclusive bookings in winter, you need to book at least 55 beds in the weekends (hard to secure Saturdays but Fridays or Sundays are options) or 40 beds midweek. The booking must be with one payment.
• Forest Lodge can take groups of up to 38 all year though again, weekends are booked up well in advance.
• Snowline Lodge and Forest Lodge both welcome enquiries for retreats, business conferences, school groups, reunions, 21st/40th/50th birthdays, reunions.

• Full payment
  Payment in full is required 60 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations
  If Mt Cheeseman Ski Club Inc (the Club) has to cancel the booking a full refund will be provided. All cancellations must be provided in writing and the date at which they are received will apply the following:
  • 30+ days prior to arrival: a voucher (to the value of the amount paid) will be offered that may be redeemed at a later date. If the guest does not want a voucher, then a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
  • 14-30 days prior to arrival: a voucher (to the value of the amount paid) will be offered that may be redeemed at a later date. If the guest does not want a voucher, then a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • 0-14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • No Show: 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Young guests
  Guests aged under 17 years who are not accompanied by a parent must arrange a guardian who will be present during the holiday. A letter signed by the parent and proposed guardian confirming the arrangement is required.

• Dogs
  Very sorry but furry friends are not allowed on the mountain.
• Gear
  Your booking officially starts at 4pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 1.30pm on day of departure. If arriving before 4pm, you can leave your gear in the upstairs foyer or bunkroom. However as there may be guests still using the space, please be courteous and tidy in these shared spaces. Lodge cleaning will be underway in the morning.
• Dietary Requirements
  We provide gluten-free food when requested but note that the food is prepared in a kitchen where there may be traces of gluten.
