Short Order Cook & Stores Co-ordinator

We require the services of a level headed person with the ability to prepare and cook 3 meals per day for up to 70 guests and an additional 15 staff at our busy Ski Lodge during the 2017 season (3 months July – September approx.) This position is also responsible for the ordering of all mountain stores which include food and cleaning supplies. The position is a key one within the operation and requires good organisational and communication skills along with previous cooking experience for large numbers.

Ski Instructors – Full Time

Must have NZSIA level one as minimum requirement (but preferably level 2) and minimum 1 seasons experience teaching / instructing within the ski industry.

Snow Safety Officer 

We are seeking the services of a qualified Snow Safety Officer for the 2018 season (July September approx.) Applicants must have New Zealand Avalanche 2 or equal overseas qualification and have snow blasting experience and qualifications.

Ski Patroller (1 Position Available)

We have 1 position available for an experienced patroller with a minimum of 2 seasons in the ski industry and Pre-Hospital Emergency Care qualification. Ideally candidates will have successfully completed Avalanche 1 course (or equal overseas qualification) and will have snow blasting experience.  The role includes (but limited to) general ski patrol work, assisting Snow Safety Officer with snow safety programme, running the ski area lifts and assisting with setting up the field for events.

Ticket Office (1 Position Available)

You will be dealing directly with visitors guests face to face in the ticket office and using a POS based ticketing application to sell lift tickets and other on-mountain packages with include rental and lessons. The role involves other administration aspects including answering telephones and emails. We are looking for a level headed person who is well organised and friendly and must be a team playe
