With its stunning alpine vista, Cheeseman’s cozy Snowline Lodge (accommodation, kitchen, lounge) and contemporary Day Lodge (optional additional function centre) make versatile venues for parties and get togethers.
Snowline Lodge sleeps up to 68 people in bunk style accommodation, and is often used for smaller groups who don’t need the extra lodge. It features two accommodation wings, a commercial kitchen and open plan dining/lounge area.
The adjacent Day Lodge is a contemporary function centre. Being right next door to Snowline, it gives great separation for those that want to party into the night whilst others can retreat to bed or the peace and quiet of the Snowline Lodge Lounge with its cozy wood fired pot belly.
The Day Lodge’s flexible layout is easily configured for presentations, exercise mats & breakouts to allow for a mix of dining, socialising, dancing, learning, creative pursuits, or relaxing. Hire Snowline Lodge by itself or the Day Lodge as well.

Snowline Lodge: Bunk style accommodation for up to 69 (one double bedroom) with full shower facilities. Commercial kitchen with dishwasher. Linen hire available. Catering equipment available for large functions.
Day Lodge: Wifi, large television, café kitchen with seating for up to 100.

Snowline Lodge and the Day Lodge are available for exclusive hire between October 31st and April 30th.
Minimum Hire: Snowline Lodge $1,000/night (e.g. $40 pp for 25 guests). Day Lodge: $1,000/night. Outside of winter, the Day Lodge can only be booked together with Snowline. We will support you with instructions, and for large groups, the Mountain Manager will meet you on check in to show you the ropes if needed.
In Winter, accommodation is by bed nights with shared facilities. In winter, Snowline lodge and the Day Lodge may be booked for a Saturday night (we suggest booking well in advance, as weekends are popular). You can book the Day Lodge mid-week for smaller parties (we can close off the back half of the day lodge for training), but as there will be ski holiday bookings, smaller parties won’t get exclusive use of Snowline lodge for accommodation. During the week and on Sunday, hire is priced on a per night, per guest basis.

Q: Do I have to rent the whole lodge?
A: In Summer, the minimum hire is Snowline Lodge, but you don’t have to fill it up! We host a lot of smaller groups of 25 people. It’s the same price regardless of how many people you have.
Guests typically arrange their own catering in Summer. Cook options are available by prior arrangement. BYO in Spring, Summer, and Autumn.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, but cleaning services can be arranged for an additional cost.
A large Bluetooth speaker and microphones can be provided by arrangement. DJs are available.
