A fine start with rain developing, falling as snow above 1700 metres. Moderate Westerly wind and Freezing level dropping to 1600m during the afternoon.

When travelling on the access road please observe the 30km speed limit. We ask that you reduce your speed to 10km as you travel through the 2 slip areas - these will be marked by cones and safety fencing. downhill traffic give-way to up-hill and please put your headlights ON.   Always Carry Chains. Please obey all signs on the road, they are there for everyone's safety.

  • Beginners Lift: closed 12:30 pm

    Located right in front of our awesome Daylodge Facility. Sunny and family friendly area.

  • Main T-bar: closed 12:30 pm

    Operates from 9:00am - 4:00pm Daily. Access to the main ski basin! Something for everyone - Please ski and ride above tower 3. You must ride the T-Bars with gloves and face coverings, and only with someone from your bubble.

  • Ridge T-bar: closed 10:00 am

    Operation of Ridge T-Bar can be subject to wind and visibility. *Opens at 10:00am You must ride the T-Bars with gloves and face coverings, and only with someone from your bubble.

Ski hire: closed

Under Covid-19 Delta Level 2 we are limiting gear to skis / boards, poles and boots. Clothing, helmets, goggles etc will not be available. Hire is on a first come first served basis.

Ski School: closed

Due to an instructor shortage across the industry during 2021 we also have limited instructors - therefore lessons will be on a first come first served basis.


Snowline Lodge: closed

Snowline Lodge is now closed for 2021 and will not operate in Level 2.

Forest Lodge: open

Forest Lodge will reopen under Delta Level 2 to group bubbles and protocols in place. Managed independently, Forest Lodge is available all year round. Nestled amongst beech forested hills and native tussock lands 720m above sea level, Forest Lodge boasts affordable, comfortable, backpackers accommodation for all walks of life. www.forestlodge.info

Thank you all for another awesome weekend!

With mixed bag of weather ahead for the week we will be CLOSED for Monday & Tuesday. We will assess the weather for opening up again on Wednesday later on Tuesday after / early evening so please check back Wednesday morning 0600 for another update..
