Ski from lift to lodge at Snowline Lodge.

Snowline Lodge and its facilities are the focus of Cheeseman Ski Area.
In the morning, ski to the main T-bar - a great way to start the day without any hassle. Snowline Lodge accommodates up to 68 guests, and facilities include a large lounge for socialising, a drying room and 4 & 6 bed shared bunkrooms (Please note these are shared bunkrooms. If you wish to book a Family Room exclusively for you family or group you need a minimum of 4 people and there will be a small additional charge). There is a well stocked cafe selling Fantastic Coffee, hot food, snacks, beverages, wine
and beer. All meals are catered for those on ski holidays and guests help with a few light duties. These include helping out with tidying-up, dishes,
and meal preparation.

Guests provide their own transport and sleeping bag/bedding including pillowcase and towels. Pillows are provided. Linen can be hired on request and includes sheets, Duvet and towels.

Ski Week Packages

Packages include accommodation, 3 meals per day, ski or board instruction,and lift pass.
Ski holidays start from 4pm day of arrival and end 4pm day of departure.
Stay 6 nights and receive a discounted rate
Family = 2 adults and up to 3 children U18 in the same family
Youth = 10 - 17 Yrs
Child = Under 10
Students must be full time and able to supply ID
Rates are based on a full Ski week i.e. 4pm Sunday - 4pm Saturday

Family Weeks

These weeks are open to everyone, but particularly cater for families with children 3 years of age and over. These ski weeks include provision of a nanny to supervise the younger children during part of the day while parents hit the slopes.

Overnight Rate at Snowline Lodge. (DBB)

One Nights accommodation, dinner and breakfast. Maximum stay on this rate is 2 nights, then 24 hour rate applies

Forest Lodge is situated on Cheeseman's access road, 6 kms in from the main road - ie Highway 73 to Arthurs Pass and the West Coast. From Forest Lodge it is a further 6kms to the ski area. Guests provide their own transport between Forest Lodge and the main ski area.

Modern and well appointed, Forest Lodge is nestled amongst the natural beech forest, with a skating rink nearby.

Bunkroom-style shared accommodation for up to 38 guests (6 beds per room). Good bathroom facilities, drying room and large guest lounge make Forest Lodge a comfortable stopover on your travels.

Guests staying at Forest Lodge Backpackers need to bring their own sleeping bag, towel and food. Cockayne Cafe on the field offers a variety of hot and cold food, drinks and snacks. Wine & beer are also available. Forest Lodge is available year round for hire & during the winter months has a unique ice skating rink* located nearby. *Ice Skating rink maybe subject to weather.
