Cheeseman E-News - Final Week Update
Wow its been a stunning weekend - Clear skies, Sun, Warmth, Spring conditions. For those who were on the hill I don't need to say anymore, for those who weren't - you don't know what you were missing! There were even some freshies to enjoy on Saturday morning after a 5cm dusting on Friday night.
The good news is that there is still one more week to come on up and enjoy the spring skiing and riding. The weather is looking really good through the week so this is your last chance to make the most of the final few days of the season and the last week of the school holidays.
Accommodation
We reported that we were closing Snowline Lodge for the last week of the holidays but due to some interest we are keeping it open on Backpacker rates for this week and next Saturday night. Basically this means you provide and cook your own food and look after yourselves but otherwise you get to enjoy all the usual benefits of staying on the mountain which include being first on the slopes in the morning, breathtaking views and sunrises, great company and more. We hope to see some of you during the week to take advantage of this great deal.
End Of Season Function
Be sure to come along and catch up with fellow members and the remaining staff before everyone heads off to do summer activities and the skies get put up in the garage roof! Come along for a drink and a bite to eat at the Twisted Hop which was luckily un-effected by the Earthquake unlike some other buildings in close proximity!
