E-News 4th August 2011
Another week has flown by and what a stunning week its been weather wise - sunny clear Bluebird days and awesome snow conditions.
Last Saturday we experienced some issues with the Main Tow and our main power supply but these were quickly rectified and we thank everyone for the patience and understanding whilst these repairs were being carried out.
SNOWRIDE were on the mountain last Saturday with a large line-up of demo skis for visitors to try out so we hope you made the most of this and tried out some new model skis?
Sunday saw large numbers of Daytrippers on the mountain with more stunning weather and snow conditions - we even had large lift lines at several points during the day but the lines moved steadily and visitors enjoyed run after run in the springlike weather conditions.
Coming up this Sunday we have the All Schools race practice Day which provides an opportunity for students who are intending to race in either of the upcoming Secondary Schools Race or the Primary & Intermediate Schools Champs. Race Courses will be available for use through-out the day so come on up and get in some final practice as coming up on Tuesday is the Secondary School Race Champs.

Fine Wine Week
Whow what a great run of weather this Ski Week has experienced and the comments like "This has been some of the best snow i have skied on" means that Fine Wine Week has again be a huge success. Guests have enjoyed a slower pace on Fine Wine Week with breakfast time arranged a little later than most ski weeks to kick off the day. The numbers have grown during the week to almost a full lodge a the tale end of the week so next year this week is sure to be full!
The week has been full of activities with Whiskey tasting first on the Agenda on Monday night followed by an ice skating session at Forest Lodge on Tuesday night along with other nightly apre-ski activities.
Below are some photos of this weeks Ski week activities
