Tarn Tow Project

Tarn Basin has always been a popular backcountry skiing bowl and plans are now underway to incorporate Tarn Basin as part of the Ski area by constructing a Tow from the Tarn Lake to the top of the "Walk Out Saddle" which will return skiers and boarders to the Main Cheeseman basin. Access into Tarn Basin will still be via the Ridge T Bar and we are currently investigatig re-developement of the top unloading area and station of the T Bar.

Height Gain - 201m
Inclined Length - 395m
Speed - 4.0 m/s
Capacity - 500 People / hr
